Suntiva, a trusted advisor to leaders in achieving their most critical business outcomes, today announced the acquisition of significant contracts from Professional Resources Inc. (PRI), a distinguished management consulting company with a 25 year history of providing services to the Intelligence Community. The consummation of this transaction formalizes a long standing strategic partner relationship between PRI’s President and CEO, Arleen LaBella and Suntiva’s President and CEO Dr. Hany Malik, and expands Suntiva’s service offerings to the Intelligence Community.
Maintaining PRI’s flawless reputation of delivery excellence within the Intel community was the key factor in Arleen LaBella’s decision to merge with Suntiva. Said LaBella, “My goal was to ensure the customer and employees would continue to be the priority. I found the same focused culture within Suntiva and they have proven this during our long history of working together.”
The continuing PRI work will be consolidated into Suntiva’s Intel Business Unit. Suntiva will support existing PRI clients by providing the same high performing delivery experts coupled with Suntiva’s experienced management team, a deep bench of cleared candidates, access to additional contract vehicles and a robust and efficient infrastructure.
“We are excited to welcome PRI to the Suntiva family. This feels like a very natural growth since both PRI and Suntiva are driven by the same passion for helping government improve performance across every level, to lower risk and drive concrete, measurable results. With the PRI addition, Suntiva is now able to extend its IT and professional services for the Intelligence Community.” said Dr. Hany Malik, Suntiva President and CEO.
