Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS)
The Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (GWAC/MA IDIQ) contract. It is the result of a partnership between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA). HCaTS provides federal agencies with a flexible, fast, and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements.
Benefits and Features of Using HCaTS
- Available for use by any Federal Government agency.
- HCaTS is a ten-year vehicle that supports multi-year task orders, including task order options.
- Through HCaTS, Suntiva will assist Federal agencies with human capital management and organizational performance services and solutions, including:
