• Suntiva helped the Army and DISA restart the Army Enterprise Email Program and take it from ~300K users to over 1.5M, with an estimated annual savings of $60M. 
  • Established governance model with DISA (the service provider) and instituted operational procedures and Service/Operational Level Agreements that became the standard for DISA.
  • Enabled the Army to measure and manage service level delivery targets.
  • Suntiva’s client team was named the #1 project by the DoD CIO for 2013 and client himself was named among the top two leaders of the year.
