Kim Waldman brings nearly 20 years of experience integrating knowledge and expertise in organization development, change management, training and facilitation, human capital management, program management, process improvement, and operations management. She currently oversees Suntiva’s Marketing, Core Offerings, and Talent Management organizations.Prior to joining Suntiva, Kim held senior leadership roles in the automotive and retail industries. At Suntiva, she served as an Account Lead for serveral DoD and Civilian agencies to include the Department of Energy,Defense Logisitics Agency and the Federal Election Commission. She also provided Organization and Human Capital consulting at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, National Institutes of Health, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Army, and with a cadre of commercial organizations.
Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in the Social Sciences. She also earned a Master’s of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University, a Certificate in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University, and is certified in a number of individual assessment tools.
