Sheryl Malik, Ph.D.
Dr. Sheryl Malik is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, and management of Suntiva's leadership development services. Sheryl's psychology and research background supports Suntiva in the development of leadership methodologies and executive assessment programs, such as the highly specialized methodology behind Suntiva's Interview-Based 360 Assessment, Suntiva's gold standard for both an in-depth and highly practical 360 experience for senior executives. Sheryl serves as a senior advisor regarding particularly complex or technically challenging coaching situations across all of Suntiva's business units, while also providing coaching and leadership services to select public and private sector organizations, including Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) and VeriSign. Her research in psychology has been published in numerous academic journals.
Sheryl holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree in Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's Degree from Wheaton College (IL).
