Ken Beasley

I am a senior consultant for Suntiva. I train United States Special Operations Command Contracting personnel and all subordinate units on the SPS/PD2 contract writing system with all of its ancillary programs.

What do you think makes Suntiva is a great place to work?

While the mission and core values are great, the people at Suntiva are what makes this a great place to work. I can’t say enough about the entire management team. From day one, I was made to feel that I was a valuable member of the Suntiva family. Everyone made my transition into the company smooth and enjoyable. Management continues to be willing to help in any way they can. The President and CEO even took time to meet me. We had a sincere discussion about family, both his and mine. We also talked about his vision for the company’s future. Many companies talk about being family oriented. Suntiva doesn’t talk, Suntiva’s management team ensures it. Great benefits are another reason Suntiva is an awesome company.
